- Product specifications
- Order quantity
- Supplier pricing
- Packaging requirements

- Other third-party charges
A quotation does not constitute a final order until the relevant terms have been confirmed and accepted by both parties.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after the required specifications, pricing, payment terms, and other project conditions have been agreed.
Payment schedules will be communicated before an order is placed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate product specifications, quantities, delivery details, branding requirements, and other information necessary to complete their order.
5. Supplier and Third-Party Services
Omexon Global may work with independent manufacturers, suppliers, freight companies, inspection providers, customs agents, warehouses, and other third parties.
We use reasonable processes to evaluate and coordinate suppliers, but third-party performance may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.
Where applicable, supplier warranties, manufacturer warranties, shipping terms, and other third-party contractual conditions may apply separately.
6. Product Specifications and Quality Control
Clients are responsible for approving final product specifications, samples, artwork, packaging, materials, colours, dimensions, and other requirements before production.
Where quality-control or inspection services are included, Omexon Global will coordinate inspections according to the agreed inspection scope.
Inspection does not guarantee that every possible defect will be identified. The scope, timing, and methodology of any inspection will depend on the service agreed for the specific order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times provided by Omexon Global are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment has been agreed in writing.
Delivery schedules can be affected by manufacturing delays, port congestion, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, carrier schedules, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The applicable shipping terms, responsibilities, and costs will be confirmed for each shipment.
8. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Depending on the agreed arrangement, the client may be responsible for import duties, VAT, customs charges, clearance fees, inspection fees, storage charges, or other destination-related costs.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.
Where Omexon Global provides customs or documentation support, this service does not replace the client’s responsibility to comply with applicable laws and import requirements.
9. Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible.
Once production, customization, procurement, shipping, or other third-party services have commenced, additional costs may apply and some changes may no longer be possible.
Any cancellation, refund, or amendment will be handled according to the specific commercial terms agreed for the relevant order.

Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information.
- Review and approve samples and specifications within reasonable timeframes.
- Make payments according to agreed terms.
- Provide required documentation promptly.
- Comply with applicable import, customs, product, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate material changes to their requirements as soon as possible.
11. Intellectual Property
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that trademarks, logos, designs, product concepts, packaging artwork, and other materials supplied by them do not infringe the rights of third parties.
Clients grant Omexon Global permission to use materials supplied for the purpose of sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, inspection, and fulfilling the agreed project.
12. Confidentiality
We will treat commercially sensitive information provided to us as confidential and will use it for the purposes of delivering the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to fulfil the client’s order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Omexon Global will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party supplier failures, carrier delays, customs delays, government actions, natural events, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
